Self-Diagnostic Assessment Tool for LearnDash #discoverelearnlabs

We have been working on some really cool things in our Development Labs recently which we are really exited to share with you! For 2017, we will be producing a number of new videos that we will be uploading to YouTube, which showcases our work including enhancements and new opportunities that we are developing inside of LearnDash for all users.

This morning we have uploaded our first video with the hashtag #discoverelearnlabs which demonstrates a Self-Assessment Diagnostic Tool which we have built inside of LearnDash LMS. See the video below:

The purpose of this is to provide LearnDash LMS users with the ability to perform pre-assessment checks with their learners. The interactive checker itself is built using Articulate Storyline, and can feature any number of questions and possible outcomes that you wish. At the end of the checker, the learner can then be seamlessly enrolled into a group, or any number of groups/courses, based on the answers given. At that point, the learner has access to the LearnDash courses that are relevant to them, and can begin their learning instantly without any human administration work required before hand.

The potential of this tool is that LearnDash could become a more useful and powerful tool within the world of Work-Based Learning, where learning providers will perform diagnostic screening with learners in order to put them at the right Functional Skills level. Using LearnDash in this way could save WBL providers lots of time and lots of money!
